SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of the order, unless otherwise specified.

• North American customers should receive their packages within 7 business days from shipping date.
• International customers should receive their packages within 7-10 business days from the shipping date.

Please note that all sales are final. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package to request a replacement.

Please note that if your package does not arrive due to the incorrect or incomplete shipping address you provided, we will be unable to reship or refund that order.

Please note that any extra fees, customs or otherwise, that are requested (outside of North America) once your package arrives are the sole responsibility of the customer, and not Ruqaya's Bookshelf.
